You can find paper dolls to fit anyone’s style,
hobbies, likes, and dreams.
Some are realistic, some are cutesy,
some are realistic and some are just silly.

Here is a set much more realistic,
from a paper doll book by Dover Publications.
They are a great site to purchase paper dolls of all kinds.
I believe the paper doll book is called ‘Santa’s Elves’

π Using scissors at an early age helps develop
fine motor skills.
As we continue to use scissors I believe it helps with our dexterity.
And then there’s that thing called
Eye - Hand coordination!
(Some of us need more help than others in that area!)

A good tip to remember while cutting out anything:
Move the paper, not your scissors.
Try it! It truly helps.

If you have a child of any age around
(daughter, son, niece, nephew, neighbor, etc)
invite them over for a paper doll afternoon.
Tell us about it! Take pictures and share with us!

You don’t have to buy a book of paper dolls either.
Here are 3 paper dolls I made from
recycled magazines, catalogs and flyers,
and old playing cards.
I used brads to make their arms/legs and head moveable.

Truth: (usually discovered before coffee in the am.)
The bottle of milk does not go in the pantry.
The cereal also does not go in the refrigerator.
