The focus is on finding moments of happiness every day.

There is a great Word Search for

there are 'I-Spy' coupons to print out and give -
(to hand to people that you see doing 'happy' things)
and
Happiness Challenges
with ideas for finding happiness moments every day.
She gives ideas for even kids to join in with a
365 Happiest Moments Journal.
