Greenest!

Celebrations of the Catholic Saint Patrick are here!
It has become more and more
a celebration of all things
Irish.

What makes me think of Ireland?
The color green!

What a bodacious color-
Green!

I love all things nature.
It is common for me to look to nature to find inspiration.

Let’s see what I can find...

Well, not quite what I was thinking.

Better!

Now there’s some green!

Many birds have beautiful green feathers...

I think!

While Ireland has listed about 450 different species of bird that have visited her,
there are about 200 species that remain
regulars.

This is the greenfinch.
While perhaps not so brilliant green,
her colors seem to grow on me.

What else can we find for this
Green Celebration Day?

Something Irish,
Something Green
with a wee bit of
Something for
Saint Patrick...

(Okay, so poetry was not my top subject in school...)

SHAMROCKS!
and
IRISH BLESSINGS!

Here’s to you!
May you have a Greener Green
St. Patrick’s Day!

‘Til next time,
