Here are a couple of ideas for you to make your own costume:

Think grass skirt, flower headband and ankle/wrist elastic flowers. Swim suit top or Hawaiian t-shirt or bright solid color tank top; ukulele and a sailor suit. White pants, white shirt, belt and white sneakers.
and don't forget the leis!!!
Can't find a ukulele? Try a small drum instead.
